Hank Presswood Autographed 8 X 10 Game Photo (Cleveland Buckeyes)
Historians have said that this photo of Mr. Hank Presswood an infielder, along with his 9 other teammates with the Cleveland Buckeyes is arguably the best photo currently available from the former Negro Leagues. This photo was taken during - what turned out to be - a 13 inning game. This photo was taken during the second inning according to Mr. Presswood as the Buckeyes await their turn at bat against the Memphis Red Sox.
When the Buckeyes folded, Mr. Presswood went on to play shortstop for the Kansas City Monarchs of baseball’s Negro Leagues, where he was managed by the great Mr. John "Buck" O'Neil.
Mr. Presswood signed this picture using a Sharpie. This item comes with its own Letter of Authenticity and like all our photos, this photo also comes with its own protective hard clear plastic Top Loader.
