Both clubs dressed in the former Negro League uniforms. Before the game, Negro League stars from yesteryear were available to sign autographs, including Michigan native and former Negro League Legend Ron Teasley. Also on display was a display of special memorabilia from the days of yesteryear courtesy of the Times of Greatness Mobile Museum presented by Roadway Express. It shares the inspiration story of the remarkable athletes who revolutionized sports, business and a nation their own way in the Negro Leagues. Former Detroit resident and Negro League Legend (with the Birminghan Black Barons) Mr. Ernie Westifield was among those who attended.
